Senior ETL Developer

Job Description

As a Senior ETL Developer, you will be responsible for:

  • Technical requirements gathering and development of functional specifications
  • Data Modelling – Data Warehousing and Data Lake architectures on-prem and cloud
  • ETL mappings and workflows development – refactoring and new development
  • Data Engineering – ingestion, transformation and integration between databases and unit testing
  • Learning/Transitioning over time towards cloud data engineering – Azure Data Factory, Databricks
  • Support to Junior Developers, team leadership/mentorship

Profile Requirements

For this position of Senior ETL Developer, we are looking for someone with:

  • (Required) Bachelor University Degree in IT Related Major
  • (Required) At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role
  • (Required) Fluency in English (Spoken/Written)
  • (Required) Communication/Consulting soft skills
  • (Required) Work Diligence & Initiative – “Deliver no Matter What” attitude
  • (Required) Technical Expertise with SQL programming with at least one or more RDBMS
  • (Required) Technical Expertise in ETL Tools such as Talend, Pentaho, ODI, AWS Glueor related tools
  • (Optional) Technical Expertise in Informatica PowerCenter will be considered
  • (Optional) Technical Expertise in Informatica BDM, IDQ or TDM is a plus
  • (Optional) MS Azure Data Engineering Skills – Data Factory or Databricks


For this position of Senior ETL Developer we plan to offer you:

  • Target Average Monthly Package (gross salary + bonus) = 60,000-95,000 THB
  • Business Trips Per Diem = 500 THB/35 EUR/35 USD
  • Intraday Travel Reimbursements = 100%
  • Business Trips Reimbursements = 100%
  • Provident Fund Contributions = 3-15%
  • Annual Leave = 30 days (vacation plus holidays)
